Ayurveda, developed in India more than 4,000 years ago, is one of the oldest human healing systems in the world.  In this course you’ll learn from an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner and Teacher how to:
* identify your basic energetic constitution,
* choose foods that enhance & avoid foods that harm your constitution,
* identify foods that traditionally help or hinder chronic conditions you may have developed (such as being overweight, heartburn/ulcers, diabetes, allergies, etc)
* cook simple, practical, delicious dishes that will strengthen your constitution, help your chronic conditions, & strengthen your energy & health  

INSTRUCTOR
Dhyana Haber is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda. Dhyana was born and raised in Vrindavan, India, and has been practicing and living a yogic and natural lifestyle since her childhood. She is a yoga instructor, who holds a diploma in Yoga Therapy and Naturopathy from the Sukadeva Ananda College in Hrishikesh, India.
